Description

The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) is seeking professional services to support the development of a comprehensive IT service management framework. This initiative will involve defining and documenting IT services and systems within a structured IT Service Catalogue, establishing a clear taxonomy and tiering model to classify services across both Core and Edge environments, and designing a cost transparency model that aligns with the service catalogue and classification framework. This service needs to be completed by 31st December 2025.
