Description
The Housing Authority appointed a Production Manager to oversee the conversion of ten (10) TAU modules into five (5) modular homes. As part of this process, the Production Manager sought quotations from suitably qualified contractors for works identified as Key Subcontractor Work, with the Housing Authority intending to engage the successful contractor directly. Quotations were evaluated jointly by the Housing Authority and the production manager, with the contract awarded to the respondent that offered the best overall value and project outcome.
