Waterford West SS SIE Community Space to Childcare

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of the existing community centre at Waterford West State School, located at 3-15 John Street, Waterford West Qld 4133 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement Program (SIEP).

The works involve refurbishing the existing space to create a new standalone kindergarten within the existing facility. Spaces include: new meeting room, new amenities, kitchen and play areas. The site is located north-east from the front of the school and positioned along Glenda Street. All works are to be completed by September 2019.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
