Shailer Park State School - SIE Amenities Refurbishment (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of the existing Amenities Building at Shailer Park State School located at located at 19 Bulwarna Street, Shailer Park QLD 4128 as a part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The scope comprises of the refurbishment of the existing Amenities Building, including removal of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM), new fixtures, flooring and finishes.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
