Description

The Commonwealth Department of Health is seeking to engage a qualified supplier to provide secretariat services to the national Newborn Bloodspot Screening Program Management Committee.

Services sought include:

  • Arrange and manage virtual meetings;
  • Support a new way of working for committee members by providing and managing an online platform for collaborative work;
  • Collate, organise and distribute papers, prepare agendas;
  • Take minutes and prepare action items, maintain a Work Plan;
  • Draft summaries of expert clinical discussions; and
  • Manage membership and associated documents.

Respondents must provide a detailed description of their proposal to supply the Requirement, including a draft project plan, draft communication plan and proposed methodology.
