Well informed and representative input that positively contributes to the development of public policy through the provision of independent advice on complex and emerging issues; and An effective, resilient and sustainable OOHC care sector that is focused on thecontinuous improvement of consumer outcomes and will ultimately enhance the participation and engagement of community members being cared for A state-wide Advocacy service delivered under Services for Children and Families (SCF) Out of Home Care (OOHC) Capability.
