PDO ICT Contractors

The Department of Education, Training and Employment (DETE) is a large and complex organisation providing education services to some 490,000 students across the state at approximately 1300 state schools. A network of 35 district offices and a central office support these schools. DET employs in excess of 60,000 staff across Queensland.
Information & Technology Branch (ITB) provides the information management infrastructure for DET, including the provision of desktop computers, servers, networks, business systems, both in-house developed and acquired, on-going support and enhancements.
The Project Delivery Office (PDO) under ITB undertakes technology programs and projects on behalf of the Department’s business portfolios and programs, delivering the ICT services that underpin learning in Queensland Schools and TAFE Institutes. This includes the provision of a “full-service” project management service from project initiation to project closure, and can include the organisational change on behalf of the Client.The PDO requires the services of eleven (11) experienced contractors. The roles required are:
Three (3) x Senior Project Managers
One (1) x Technical Project Officer
One (1) x Tester
One (1) x Test Manager
One (1) x Data Analyst
One (1) x System Analyst
Three (3) x Business Analysts
