Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of the existing Block 3 Classroom building at Bellevue Park State School, located at 20 Sapium Rd, Ashmore QLD 4214 as part of the Schools Infrastructure Enhancement Program (SIEP).
The works include the refurbishment of 4 general Learning areas, 1 flexible learning area, as well as external screening and enclosure of an existing veranda area on level 1 to create a new outdoor learning space.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
