Description
Tenderers are invited to submit a lump sum tender price for the design and construction of up to two (2) spec dwellings for inclusion in Stage 6 Woodlands estate, Andergrove. Builders are required to submit a price for their own designs on lot 177 & 178.
An EDQ house design has been included in the tender as an additional design which tenderers are required to price on lot 178.
