Consolidation of Aged Care Services at Clermont Multi-Purpose Health Service (MPHS) - Building Contractor

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Building Contractor for the Consolidation of Aged Care Services at Clermont Multi Purpose Health Service (MPHS).

These Works include:

• Construction of a new eighteen (18) bed Residential Aged Care facility;
• Refurbishment of an existing Residential Aged Care facility to provide four (4) beds;
• Refurbishment of the existing Kitchen and Store;
• External works including walkways and terraces;
• Site cut and fill and roadworks referred to in Civil documentation;
• Sewerage and water supply services referred to in Hydraulic Services documentation;
• Electrical services referred to in the Electrical Services documentation; and
• Mechanical services referred to in the Mechanical Services documentation.
