DOT400625 - Specialised maintenance and repairs to vessels at the Marine Education Boatshed

The Department of Transport (DoT) is seeking provision of specialised maintenance and repairs to vessels based at the Marine Education Boatshed. The Marine Education Boatshed operates twenty-two (22) vessels in the Perth metropolitan area (East Fremantle) for educational training purposes. Eighteen (18) of these vessels are either small aluminium dinghies (3.8 metres) or 5 metre fibreglass sailing vessels. The sailing vessels are all custom design one-off training specific resources. In addition, there are two large sailing vessels, both in national survey and also one-off design custom resources, that require specific work to a guideline standard. Four support vessels for these are trailer mounted and are either RIB or aluminium construction.
