This Approach To Market (ATM) is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. Post evaluation of responses received from the first stage, the procurement will proceed to the second stage limited tender. The ATM is seeking responses from suitably qualified contractors who demonstrate an interest in providing Managing Contractor services for the Project.
