A project to be undertaken

School Infrastructure (SI) intend to engage an Architect for the delivery of three schools (including preschool) across NSW, for the Architectural scope of services for New Austral Public School, New East Cobbitty Public School and New Oran Park Public School for full scope of services as outlined in the RFT documents, across project phases that they are engaged. Project combined - SINSW07584/25NAPS, SINSW07584/25NECPS and SINSW07584/25NOPPS Phases: Initial Award Phases 0 to 2 and Optional Phases 3, 5 & 6. Scope overview for all 3 schools: design and construct a new large primary school (and 60 place pre-school), and associated facilities. The masterplan includes (and not limited to): • 44 mainstream TS and 3 support TS, • 60 place preschool • Large Core (administration, staff facilities, library), • Large PS hall/ gymnasium, canteen, courts, and sports field • and associated facilities and infrastructure (on and offsite). Timing: School to be operational by D1T1 2029.
