Infrastructure Project Lead

Oversee the delivery of the CHIIP Reference Architecture to Hospital Service Providers. Maintain the CHIIP Reference Architectural artefacts and associated equipment Bill of Materials (BOMs) associated with network infrastructure orders to the Network Service Provider (NSP). Provide architectural leadership and guidance to the CHIIP Project delivery teams. Liaise with HSS Planning and Architecture team on compliance to HSS network policies and standards. Liaise with the NSP on changes / updates to BOM orders. Provide guidance and advice to CHIIP governing bodies. Provide input to the planning, delivery approach and methodology to the CHIIP delivery teams. Requirements: The successful Respondent, and its Specified Personnel are expected to provide the following services: The activities to be undertaken to successfully achieve the delivery of the project include, but are not limited to, the following: ? Deliver the project using a defined project management methodology and using project management techniques and tools. ? Comply to HSS Enterprise Portfolio Management Office guidelines. ? Plan, develop, document, and maintain the project management deliverables, for example, Project Plan, Project Schedules, Project Status Reporting, Project Closeout Report. ? Actively manage the project Risks and Issues. ? Initiating and facilitating forums and working groups to resolve issues relating to the implementation of the project. ? Developing strong working relationship to effectively liaise, consult, and negotiate with key stakeholders. ? Manage human, financial, and physical resources associated with project. ? Leading and participating in project governance committees and project teams involved with the program and other related projects and programs.
