Description
The Critical Health ICT Infrastructure Program (CHIIP) will be deploying new campus network infrastructure across approximately 200 WA Health sites. HSS has outsourced the design, commissioning, and ongoing support of these networks to a Managed Service Provider (MSP). Develop technical roadmap for Critical Health ICT Infrastructure Program (CHIIP), which incorporates the technical environment and approach for Stage one projects like Targeted Risk Mitigation (TRM) and the Phase 2, LAN and core backbone uplift. Project Management Services Lead Technical Analyst Health Support Services (HSS) will be supporting the WA health system to implement contemporary, secure, supportable, and standardised Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) based LANs, across WA Health sites and has stood up a program team to deliver a two-Phase Critical Health ICT Infrastructure Program (CHIIP). The successful Respondent, and its Specified Personnel are expected to provide the following services: Undertake a discovery/review of all material developed to date for the CHIIP program (as well as the inflight, TRM Project) material, e.g., the business case, OAG findings, dependent inflight projects/programs, any program definition/PIDs, minutes from meetings etc); Based on the material reviewed, determine key priorities which are needed specifically for the CHIIP, and TRM e.g., Macro and Micro Segmentation strategies, approach to wireless, service delivery models of IaaS vs owner managed etc. Identify what other artefacts (policy/specification/plans/risk assessments etc) would need to be established as part of the roadmap (some of which may be developed as part of TRM, and the other projects within CHIIP scope). Support the Network Security Architecture Framework for each category of HSP that supports each of the key priorities and objectives determined from above and whilst ensuring best practice network security principles including agility, reliability, flexibility, resilience is adhered to. As a live document, the development of the Framework will be prioritised based on the demand(s) of the CHIIP. The specified personnel are expected to have the following criteria: It is essential that any nominated specified personnel have: Extensive WAN/LAN network design, configuration and implementation experience in large and complex environments. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Experience in delivering large, complex network infrastructure programs of work. Detailed knowledge of CISCO network infrastructure Substantial working experience in strategic Program end to end Roadmap development. Has successfully delivered similar engagement in size and complexities.
