Design a Behaviour Change Intervention : Introduce behaviours such as reminders, goal setting, and incentives, to promote efficient energy use practices and increase thermal comfort in households. Supported with the use of existing and new tools.Pilot Testing and Adjustment: Trial the tools and interventions with a subset of tenants who have received a variety of upgrades, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum effectiveness
