Provision of Telecommunication Services

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking to engage a suitably qualified managed service provider to deliver telecommunication services to the Parliamentary Precinct and Electorate Office Network.

The preferred Offeror must demonstrate it can:

• deliver, manage, operate, support and maintain a complete telephony service which includes the carriage, telephony function (e.g. Unified Communications) and managed services;
• deliver services by using commercial models which facilitate solution scalability and extensibility aligned with the Customer's evolving business needs; and
• ensure the solution remains evergreen and provides the Customer with opportunities to explore potential service improvements and developments in best practice over the life of the contract.

It does not include:

• significant changes to business process, infrastructure or personnel; and
• replacement of the existing mobile phone fleet.
