Description

The Electoral Commission Queensland (ECQ) is seeking Proposals for a Learning Management System.

ECQ is seeking to engage an experienced reputable Supplier to provide and support a Learning Management System (LMS) that minimises risk and adds quality assurance to the delivery of elections by:

  • enabling robust and engaging training to be delivered using contemporary methodologies,
  • tracking learner completion of modules, and
  • reporting on competency achieved and identifying areas of common misunderstanding.

High level services and products:

  • Software as a Service (SaaS) solution
  • Provision of an LMS Software and Services including delivery, installation, configuration, training and ongoing support and maintenance
  • Provision of content development services is desirable
  • Support with integration
  • Security
  • Reporting
  • Testing and associated documentation to support the SaaS
  • User training and manuals/guidelines to support the implementation and rollout of the service
  • Software upgrades and licensing

The contract will be for 4 years with an optional 1 year extension.
