CQUniversity are seeking suitably qualified mechanical contractors to undertake the following works at our Rockhampton North campus.

CQUniversity has a long-term HVAC plan to replace single building chillers with a centralised chiller plant system. The works involved within this tender are the beginning of this process. The University is looking to combine existing buildings into smaller integrated systems in preparation for the eventual cut over to a large single centralised system. The works are documented in drawings and a specification prepared by LCI Consultants. This project is comprised of three (3) Separable Portions.
