Rosewood State School SIE Block E Refurbishment

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of the existing Block E at Rosewood State School, located at 17 School Street, Rosewood QLD 4340 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement Program (SIEP).

The existing Block E building is a two-storey building located at the front of the school. The works include asbestos removal and complete refurbishment of level one to create new withdrawal and general learning areas. Works also include minor refurbishment to the lower levels and new external stairs. All works are to be completed by November 2019.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
