Miami SS - Roof and Covered Walkway Replacements (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of multiple roof replacements and covered walkway replacements at Miami SS, located at 18-36 Oceanic Drive, Mermaid Waters QLD 4218, as part of the Rectification and Reinstatement program.

The works comprise of roof replacement and re-pitching to three blocks at the school including ACM removal as well as removal and replacement of covered walkways to a portion of the school. Works have restricted access, need scheduling around school activities and a requirement to have high risk works completed during the school holidays.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1M
