Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Roof Replacement Works at South Metro TAFE Carlisle Campus.
The Work includes but is not limited to the below:
- Demolition works
- Removal and reinstatement of roof safety system
- Removal and reinstatement of mechanical equipment including all electrical and hydraulic services
- Supply & install of new roof sheeting, insulation, safety mesh, flashings and gutters
- Supply and install of new downpipes
- Alterations to existing box gutter overflow pops if required, making good, and other
