Digital Signage for Perth Arena

Venues West currently has three Requests open in relation to the new Perth Arena, namely VW002012 Digital Signage, VW1634111 Digital Feature Piece and VW11112 Network and IP Telephony System.
Respondents in a position to tender for one or more of these Requests are invited to offer a discount off their price if awarded more than one contract. If Respondents choose to tender for more than one Request they must nominate the discount to be applied in Schedule 3 Pricing and outline in Section 4b Suitability of Proposed Methodology and Service and Maintenance, any implication this may have on the capacity of the Respondent.
Respondents are to note that if they choose to submit for more than one Request they MUST submit for each separately and complete all sections independently of another.

Site Briefing: A non-mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted on: Monday 6 February 2012
at 4pm at the Perth Arena Site Wellington Street Perth.
The briefing session will be for the Respondent to familiarise themselves to site specific conditions which may affect their offer.
A maximum of two attendees per Respondent shall be allowed at the Briefing Session.
