Provision of Garden Maintenance and Handyperson Services at the National Detector Dog Programs Melbourne Facility

The successful Tenderer(s) will be required to provide garden maintenance and handyperson services considering the following:

a. Provision of Garden Maintenance resource services at ABF NDDP site

b. Provision of materials and consumables to support the operation of the site with prior approval from NDDP contract manager in writing

c. Supplier accounts can be used by the Supplier with approval from the NDDP contract manager

d. Implementation of a preventative planned maintenance schedule for all sites within the first three (3) months to be delivered to the NDDP contract manager

e. Test & tag for all tools used on site within the appropriate frequencies

f. Workshop area to be kept organised, clean, and tidy

g. Detailed work order reporting

h. In the provision of the services, the Supplier must provide resource support required to enable them to complete all its obligations throughout each working day with continuity of service throughout the year or otherwise specified and its responsibilities. All administrative costs and management fees must be included in the Fee.
