SAP Records Management for Public Sector Implementation and Support Services

Lotterywest is seeking specific implementation and support expertise in SAP RMPS to lead the design, blueprinting, technical specification, configuration, deployment, and support of the SAP RMPS rollout.
The solution will utilise and extend the functionality of our existing SAP environment and work closely with each other implemented SAP modules, namely:
- Business Intelligenct (BI)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Enterprise Portal (EP)
- Finance & Funds Mgt & Control (FI/FM/CO);
- HR/Payroll – Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Interfaces (XI/PI)
- Reporting (BI)
- Workflow (W/F)
Users will use the SAP RMPS functionality to meet records and document management requirements arising from their participation in Lotterywest business processes in whichever role they undertake. It is expected that the SAP RMPS delivered functionality will be user friendly and intuitive in operation such that essential user input should be limited to check-boxes, key word nomination, and search criteria presented at appropriate places within work processes.
The successful Respondent will be expected to work at Lotterywest’s head office (74 Walters Drive, Osborne Park WA). Desk space will be provided.
