Provision of Genealogical Services

The Public Trustee of 553 Hay Street Perth, Western Australia in its role in the administration of deceased estates seeks the services of an experienced genealogist (‘the Contractor”) to undertake:

• genealogical research and to prepare family trees, distribution tables and certification documents for the purpose of proving persons entitled in the distribution of a deceased estate where there is an intestacy or partial intestacy, or there is an unnamed class or person entitled under a Will or when the whereabouts of a beneficiary are unknown (“the core genealogical services”);
• genealogical services not covered by the core genealogical services (“the ad-hoc genealogical services”); and
• stand-alone searches of birth, death, marriage or divorce events that occurred in any place in the world and where the matter is unconnected with anything else to be done by the Contractor (“stand-alone event searches”).
