Point Impossible Masterplan

The Great Ocean Road Coast & Parks Authority invites you to submit a tender proposal for the “Point Impossible Landscape Masterplan”.

The Authority has received funding through the Victorian Government’s Distinctive Areas and Landscapes Fund to implement a range of actions within the Point Impossible – Jan Juc Masterplan 2020. Titled the Point Impossible Improvement Project (the project), it aims to identify measures that protect and conserve Wadawurrung Traditional Owner heritage from coastal and terrestrial threats, to upgrade signage, to undertake a car park review and to identify potential upgrades to visitor facilities.

In consultation with a broad range of stakeholders, a Landscape Masterplan will incorporate the findings and recommendations of a coastal hazard and adaptation report, and Traditional Owner record search to develop a site plan considerate of cultural heritage, biodiversity value and community and recreational uses.

The contract is anticipated to be awarded in February2023 and completed by July 2023

The Great Ocean Road Coast & Parks Authority reserves the right to award a single contract and or multiple contracts or none at all.

The successful consultant will be required to sign a confidentiality declaration as the information being provided and findings are of sensitive nature and must be kept confidential.
