BRIEF DESCRIPTION
This service will:
- support the health and wellbeing of employees or temporary personnel by assisting them with personal issues that may be affecting their motivation and productivity,
- coach and develop managers to navigate workplace issues and enhance team dynamics and productivity, and
- counsel employees, temporary personnel or managers to resolve conflict in the workplace and encourage behaviours that align with Main Roads Code of Conduct.
