The State Agencies that are party to this Request are working together to seek one suitable LMS each, through this Group Buying arrangement.
Whilst the State Agencies are approaching the market jointly through this Request, and intend to evaluate the Responses jointly, each Customer will make its own recommendation, based on the Offer that represents the best value for money for that State Agency.
Each State Agency will award a separate contract to the Successful Respondent as a result of this Request process.
The State Agencies are seeking the provision of an integrated and flexible, hosted (software as a service) Learning Management Solution (LMS) to create, deliver, manage, track, record and report on online and offline training.
