The SBDC requires the establishment of a Panel Arrangement to provide the Enterprise Skills Service which aims to improve the skills, capabilities and resilience of small business operators. It is anticipated the enterprise skills development service will be delivered through a variety of channels including but not limited to workshops, seminars, forums, and webinars.
