Preparation and delivery of a "TRIM Desktop user" training program

The Department of Premier and Cabinet is undertaking a project to implement TRIM across the whole of the Department, so that each staff member catalogues their own email, and works on and manages documents, all from with TRIM. A major component of this project will be training Agency staff in the use of TRIM Desktop. The Department requires a consultant to develop and deliver a “TRIM Desktop” training program. This program will include: Desktop training in TRIM Desktop for all 386 Departmental staff including: general overview of TRIM, finding records, creating records, general maintenance, email management and offline records Printed guidebook/manual.
