RDL seeks to engage a suitably qualified consultant to prepare a Local Water Management Strategy, by sub-catchment, over Karratha Townsite in Western Australia’s Pilbara region in order to support re-zoning of 61 identified parcels of land to ‘Residential - Urban Development’ under the Shire of Roebourne’s Town Planning Scheme No. 8. For a selected seven parcels the services will also be required to identify and undertake any further work required to lodge and progress a re-zoning application(s) to conclusion
