Consultancy Services for Monash Medical Centre Carpark Expansion Project

Monash Health intends to engage consultants for the design and delivery of the Monash Medical Centre, Clayton Multi-deck project.

The scope of the Works Package are as per (but not limited to) the following

• Complete design and contract documentation phase for the carpark extension.
• Design Development report is not required.
• Coordinate design output including fire engineering brief
• Structural engineer to provide secondary steel design as part of the facade design requirement.
• Preparation and oversight of tender and contracting processes for engagement of contractor at the end of schematic design
• Reviewing and overseeing planning requirements and permits
• Assisting in the preparation of information and reports to assist Monash Health as pertinent to approval processes
• Working with Monash Health to determine and manage the delivery of the project, ensuring optimum site management and car parking arrangement during the construction period
• Perform the role of contract superintendent (Project Manager scope Only)
• Commissioning coordination and oversight
