Description
The works include construction of a new children's centre and site works, new school toilets associated change rooms and store, and assocatied services. Construction of a new platform, new covered deck and associated services for 2 DECD transportable classrooms GLA's. (Transportables will be procured by DECD).
Minor car park upgrade works and demolition of 9 existing buildings forms part of the works.
General Building Contractor Category 3 are eligible to tender.
