SMHS Fire Audit

Description
The Respondent will be required to undertake a full fire safety audit at all nominated SMHS facilities (excluding Fiona Stanley Hospital). The audit is required to:
- Be undertaken by a suitably qualified person as described in Chapter 0.4 of the International Fire Engineering Guidelines.
- Be assessed against the Australian Council on Health Care Standards (ACHS) Fire Safety Standards
- Be undertaken as level 2 audit as outlined in Australian Standard AS 4655.
