Escalators and Lifts Replacement Project - Subiaco Station

Description
This project is for the replacement of the two escalators and the two lifts at Subiaco train station. The installation contract will seek a two (2) year warranty period post commissioning inclusive of preventative maintenance. A fully comprehensive preventative maintenance contract will be required for a period of ten (10) years (five years initial term with one five year extension option) commencing at the end of the warranty period.
