HALLETT COVE R12 SCHOOL – NEW MULTI PURPOSE HALL

The project comprises the construction of a new brick and colour bond Multi Purpose Hall for the school’s primary school pupils. The facility shall comprise of hall, foyer, equipment store, office/kitchen, toilets (an area of approximately 480m2). Also included in the works is the associated electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, fire services and new car parking. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 4 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
