Proposals are invited from suitably qualified organisations capable of redeveloping the current SA Tenders & Contracts website and provide operational support as well as ongoing maintenance of the new website application as outlined in the Specifications. An abstraction of the system in the Unified Modelling Language (UML) has been constructed that specifies the system from a useability viewpoint. It is recommended that the UML documents be read in conjuction with the Technical Requirements.
