OCEANVIEW COLLEGE REDEVELOPMENT

The work consists of the construction of a new single storey pre-school building, internal refurbishment of existing single and two storey buildings, extensions to existing gymnasium, siteworks and services upgrades. The pre-school construction comprises concrete raft footing, brick veneer walls, custom orb roof cladding and aluminium framed doors and glazing. Tenders will only be considered from tenderers who are DAIS Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 2 at the time of tender close. Tenderers are advised that Upskill SA requirements will apply to this contract. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
