Description
The purpose of the works is to deliver a new amenities building and associated precinct at Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour, primarily for pen holders.
The scope is to design and construct a new Pen Holder Amenities Building on reclaimed land (already constructed), including revised carpark layout with additional pen holder parking, a drop off zone and universal access parking bays and landscaping at the Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour.
The Contractor will, as part of this Contract, relocate Jetty 3 gangway from its temporary location to its permanent location.
