The Department of Health (DOH) has a requirement for the provision of a solution to replace its existing Clinical Incident Management System (CIMS) and Consumer Feedback Module (CFM), preferably with the capability to support additional functionality for the WA health system’s mortality review process. The DOH is seeking a configurable ‘off-the-shelf’ solution requiring minimal customisation.
