This project involves refurbishment works for two administration buildings. The works on one building involve upgrading auditorium balustrade, refurbishments of kitchenette, carpet, vinyl and flyscreens replacement, replacement of gas regulator, fire services upgrades and asbestos removal. For the second building, the works involve HVAC works, ablutions refurb, replacement of window furnishings, stairway upgrade, carpet and vinyl replacement and replacement of awnings.
