Labour Hire Services (Casual and Temporary) and Candidate Sourcing for the Australian War Memorial in Canberra

Summary of the Requirement

Through this Approach to Market (ATM) process the Memorial is seeking to identify a suitable Supplier with the demonstrated capability and experience to provide Labour Hire Services (mandatory) and Candidate Sourcing and Selection Services (optional) to the Memorial. The requirement consists of two service categories:

Service Category 1 - Labour Hire Services – Mandatory requirement:

This requirement includes provision of labour hire services in theclassifications of:

• Visitor Services Officers (provision of front of house visitor services, including customer service, emergency, usher & concierge services);
• Retail Officers (retail gift shop, customer service officers);
• Research Centre Officers (responsible for the provision of reference and research services in response to visitor enquiries); and
• Reception Officers (Receptionist in the administration building including operation of the Memorial switch board).

Service Category 2 - Candidate Sourcing and Selection Services – Optional

This requirement includes provision of candidate sourcing and selection services.
