Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance and Department of Education (DoE) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Replacement of Asbestos Fascia Works at Dudley Park Primary School.
This scope of works covers only the potential removal of identified bonded (non-friable) asbestos including, but not limited to identified flues, external eaves, and internal and external fascias. There are six main areas for these proposed works:
- Teaching block 1;
- Teaching block 2;
- Teaching block 3;
- Undercover Area;
- Administration; and
- Staffroom.
