Description
The Western Australia (WA) Police Force (the Customer) is seeking a Panel of suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of veterinary services to the
WA Police Force dogs on an “as required” basis in the Perth Metropolitan Area.
Qualified suppliers who are not on this panel will not be eligible to supply veterinary services to the WA Police Force (excluding circumstances covered by 2.5 Emergency). To apply to this panel:
- Read PART A (this part, refer to header section) and keep.
- Complete PART B and return via Tenders WA as per Section 1.2.3
