Albany Creek SS - New SSS Playground (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a New Playground at Albany Creek SS, located at 696 Albany Creek Road, Albany Creek QLD 4035, as part of the School Subsidy Scheme (SSS) program.

The works include a new playground to be installed to replace the existing playground. The position of the site is in the middle of the school with reasonable site access and working space.

All works are to be completed by the end of April 2025.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 Million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Structural Landscape) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
