Description
- The City of Salisbury (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of Building Construction Works for the Underdown Park Redevelopment (the Works). The City will enter into a Contract for Works with the successful Tenderer.
- The project comprises the following building works:
- Construction of a new multi-use facility
- Function rooms
- Combined Kiosk’s, Commercial Kitchen’s and Bar Area’s
- Referee and First Aid Rooms
- Verandah with Kiosk servery
- Carpark alterations
- Demolition of existing club facilities
Mandatory Requirements
- Legal Entity with Registered ABN
- Insurance Coverage as required by the Contract or able to obtain it
- Licence and Accreditation
- Minimum DPTI CAT 4 Prequalification or National Prequalification System
SITE BRIEFING
The City will conduct a site/industry briefing on Thursday 18th February 2015 at 10am. The briefing is intended to provide Tenderers with background information, and Tenderers are not to treat any statements made at the briefing as variations to this RFT.
