Description
The City of invites experienced Civil/Earthwork contractors to tender for the upgrade of approximately 600m of Smith Creek between and Coventry Road Smithfield Plains. The works includes: site clearing, demolition of concrete structure and retaining wall, removal of stabilised channel invert, bulk earthworks including excavation, stockpiling, filling and shaping, installation of erosion protection measures and the construction of a 3m wide bitumen shared path with ramps signs etc. The works are to be completed within 7 weeks of award.
Tender documents may be collected from the Council Offices: The Gapper Building, by payment of a $50 Non-refundable deposit.
