Energy Efficiency Expert Panel

Conduct Type 2 energy audits in accordance with the following Australian/New Zealand Standard (AS/NZS): AS/NZS 3598.1:2014 Energy audits Part 1: Commercial buildings; and AS/NZS 3598.1:2014 Energy audits Part 1: Industrial and related activities. AS/NZS 3598.1:2014 Energy audits Part 1: Commercial buildings; and AS/NZS 3598.1:2014 Energy audits Part 1: Industrial and related activities. Undertake necessary tasks required to deliver the Type 2 energy audits, including but not limited to: on-site visits, analysis of energy use and tariffs, identification of energy saving opportunities, and calculation of financial payback for energy saving opportunities; Prepare reports for the applicable business or government agency, and to the Tasmanian Climate Change Office (TCCO), summarising the findings and recommendations of the energy audits; and Consultants appointed to the Energy Efficiency Expert Panel to conduct energy audits for selected business types and/or Tasmanian Government agencies. The Services will be of the following nature and type: Provide advice relating to technical aspects of the energy audits on request by TCCO, for the development of general resources and guidance materials for publication to support other Tasmanian organisations to implement energy efficiency measures.
