Supply of Consultant Services: To develop and deliver White Ribbon-related training for managers and supervisors in the Department of Justice

The Department was seeking a provider to deliver specialist family violence training for all managers and supervisors as part of the White Ribbon Workplace Accreditation Program. The course will increase their capacity to assist employees who may disclose incidents of family violence or identify themselves as perpetrators, understand their role as a leader and how they can create attitudinal and behavioural change in the workplace, how to identify and address disrespectful behaviour in the workplace and the relationship between gender inequality, sexist behaviour and family violence, and understanding the continuum of family violence and it’s prevalence in the Tasmanian community and nationally.
